When planning a vacation to The Wildwoods, one must first ask a few questions. Do I want to chill or thrill? Should I be lazy or crazy? Will it be mild or wild? The beauty of a Wildwoods vacation is that any answer is the right answer, because here you have the best of both worlds. The experts have agreed as Expedia labeled it among the best places to travel in 2018 and AARP Travel Center announced that the Wildwoods are among the top destinations for creating vacation memories.
Answering the question to chill or thrill is easy because on the beautiful, wide and free beaches you can find a quiet spot to relax, or insert yourself in the middle of all the sun splashed action. Either way, get your feet in the sand and enjoy the feeling that only the Wildwoods can offer.
When the lazy or crazy question comes up, look no further than the legendary Wildwoods boardwalk overlooking the glorious beach. From Spring to Fall, this icon of the Jersey Cape is full of activity with spectacular amusement piers, world-class roller coasters, waterparks, shops and eateries. Two of the boardwalk’s main attractions are Morey's Piers, with an endless lazy river and the boardwalk’s newest attraction – The Runaway Tram and Splash Zone Waterpark, with the radical Flow Rider and the laidback Flow House.
WILDWOODS CONVENTION CENTER EVENTS
Like on the beach, boardwalk special events are what brings everybody together and the Wildwoods Convention Center is the host of many of the best concerts, exhibits and sporting events.
DINING & NIGHTLIFE
After days on the beach and nights on the boardwalk, one final question remains, to be mild or wild? Again, the Wildwoods have you covered. For the wild side, experience nightlife entertainment at a unique blend of Irish pubs and dance clubs. The mild bunch will want to relax at one of the many waterfront dining restaurants with the freshest seafood, artisan menu creations and the best views
FUN ON THE WATER
The Wildwoods watersports scene also offers a chance to be wild or mild with exciting parasailing, waverunners and sightseeing, or relaxing kayaking, fishing and crabbing.
