Warm up your palate with an educational wine tasting, then head to the “crushpad” with a glass of your favorite where you’ll kick back and enjoy the vineyard views. Or try one of our new wine flights featuring four small glasses of red or white wines. Then pair that wine with something from our Crushpad Kitchen menu featuring gourmet cheeses and charcuterie paired with locally sourced fresh ingredients. A variety of musical performances by local singer-songwriters rounds everything off into a perfect getaway.
Are you more Pinot Grigio or Merlot? Because after a day spent at Hawk Haven you’ll be wishing you were a grapevine so you could stay here forever!
No cover charge. Please note that the crush pad seating is limited to parties of 6 or fewer. Larger parties may use our vineyard picnic tables or bring your own lawn chairs. All tables are first come, first serve. Outside alcohol is never permitted at Hawk Haven and will be confiscated (you can have alcohol outside, but only Hawk Haven wines).
What’s a “crush pad,” you ask? It’s a part of the winery, usually a large cement patio, where the grapes are brought for pressing after harvest. Our original crush pad is now tented and used for our outdoor events, but you can visit our new winery facility during our Vineyard & Winery Tour!
