Cape May Distillery is an artisanal distillery located in Green Creek in Cape May County and is the first in Cape May, NJ.
Cape May Distillery has designed products based on what people love to drink. Our hands on process of developing a portfolio of products with the customer in mind is our goal. Our production process uses domestically grown raw ingredients sourced primarily in the state of New Jersey. Our distillery offers Rum, both light and dark. Later offerings will include Small Batch Whiskeys, Small Batch Bourbons, Specialized Brandy and Gin.

Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery is located on a sprawling 100+ acre farm in beautiful Cape May County. Three generations of the Wuerker family have lovingly cultivated this land where the sandy soils and ocean breezes create the perfect conditions for great grape growing. Vineyard guests taste our diverse collection of wines at the extra-long mahogany bar and enjoy a glass of their favorite paired with a gourmet cheese plate in our cozy barrel room. The owners of COHO Brewing Co say it’s never too late to follow your dreams and start a business. Karen Buckingham and Mike Johnson decided that their love for life and having a good time was the spark needed to enter the still-growing craft beer industry.
The story begins when Buckingham hired Johnson to cater a private party. After rave reviews about his BBQ, a friendship between the Buckingham and Johnson families began. After a few visits to different regional breweries, and after having sampled Johnson’s home-brewed beers, Buckingham came up with the idea of opening a brewery with Mike as the brewer. They were convinced that Mike’s beer was ready to be made available to the public.
After a search for the perfect location for the brewery around their hometown, they finally found that perfect location on Indian Trail Road in Cape may Court House.
Buckingham has extensive experience in customer service and is extremely excited about the launch of COHO Brewing Co. Johnson is a retired North Wildwood police officer and started his award winning Anglesea BBQ catering company. The name COHO came about because of its location in Cape May Court House or “COurt House”. COHO will feature unique beers in a very relaxed environment, where the brewery can be viewed from all areas of the tasting room and bar in a very industrial but warm inviting setting.
CMBC started seven years ago, with three guys making one beer in a 1,500 square-foot space. Now, they’ve got over 23,000 square feet of space and over 100 flagship, seasonal, and small-batch brews under their umbrella. Their original space is now dedicated to experimental brewing with a separate, industrial brewing facility across the street. The sour brewery boasts an interactive, self-guided tour, designed by a local artist in a style reminiscent of the Wildwood boardwalk of old, with guided tours on a regular schedule. Their Tasting Room has 23 taps -- get a flight of four beers with a souvenir glass, and take them out into the Beer Garden to enjoy. Then take a walk through their gift shop, The Brewtique, for great deals on comfy swag, as well as beer-to-go in six-packs, cases, growlers, or kegs.

At Nauti Spirits Distillery, they produce handcrafted farm spirits: Vodka, Gin, & Rum. Using ingredients grown mainly on a 60-acre preserved coastal farm, and other South Jersey farmlands. The distilling and bottling of the product takes place at the farm distillery in Cape May, New Jersey.

In March 2000, Al Natali purchased 22 acres of horse pasture on Route 47 in Goshen, just one half mile to the Delaware Bay. The first year, cover crops of fescue and mustard rejuvenated the compacted soils. He studied rootstocks, grape varieties and clones for the site's microclimate and soil conditions. To focus the vine's energy on high-sugar fruits rather than high vigor, Al selected the 101-14 rootstock. In Spring 2001, the Natali family planted 2400 vines on the first three acres. Over the years the vineyard expanded to seven acres with 5500 vines, yielding 15 tons of high quality fruit. The grand experiment is discovering which varieties will grow well in Cape May. To that end, Al has planted 14 different varieties of French, Italian and Spanish grapes. The great excitement is tasting which varieties and blends represent the best wine that Cape May can bear.
