Operates the 1879 Emlen Physick Estate, the 1859 Cape May Lighthouse located at Cape May Point State Park, and the newly opened World War II Lookout Tower on Sunset Boulevard. MAC sponsors the annual Cape May Music Festival and a year round schedule of walking, trolley, and house tours of Cape May's Historic District, as well as ghost tours, boat tours, food and wine events, and a variety of crafts and antiques shows.
